Claire is a Kinesiologist, Yoga teacher, Reiki master and Retreat Facilitator.
She found yoga when she was told she needed knee replacements and hasn’t looked back… for her it is the perfect combination of movement and breath-work with an energetic and spiritual essence. Her classes highlight awareness of breath whilst maintaining both strength and ease. She incorporates attention to the internal self, the mind-body experience, the signals from your body and also loves to bring in some philosophy/TCM to tie it all together into a truly holistic practise.

She has trained to teach Mat and Reformer Pilates plus various other modalities. A passionate and dedicated Yogi, Kat brings a welcoming energy to all her classes. Kat cultivates a safe and exploratory environment, where everyone is encouraged to be aware of the wisdom of their body and cultivate self-awareness. Kat empowers everyone in her classes to keep movement alive, fun and safe.

As a skilled yoga and meditation instructor, Masha’s specialty is bringing simple but effective yoga classes and breathing techniques to busy people, helping them to stay in shape and release stress.
As a former engineer, with 10 years in the corporate world, she can easily relate to having a busy schedule, not having enough time, but having a desire to stay healthy and destress after a busy day.
Don’t be shy, Masha believes that you can do yoga even if you can’t reach your toes, and through this practice you can find relaxation and peace.
